Local Class A CDL Driver | Home Daily | Parkersburg, WV

United Talent Staffing is hiring an experienced Class A CDL Driver for a company in Parkersburg, WV. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-focused driver seeking local routes, steady full-time hours, and the ability to be home every day.

Schedule and Pay

Starting at $20.00 per hour
Monday–Friday
7:00 AM start time
End time varies depending on the assigned route
At least 40 hours per week
Local routes with home-daily scheduling

Job Responsibilities

Safely operate manual and automatic commercial vehicles, including roll-off and dump trucks
Transport materials and equipment to designated locations
Follow assigned routes and schedules to complete deliveries on time
Load and unload materials and equipment safely
Operate a forklift when needed
Inspect vehicles before and after each trip
Report maintenance needs, mechanical issues, and safety concerns
Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety procedures
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel usage, and required inspections
Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members

Position Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License with applicable endorsements
Current DOT medical card
Previous professional truck-driving experience
Ability to drive both manual and automatic trucks
Clean driving record with no major violations or accidents
Strong knowledge of DOT requirements and traffic regulations
Ability to safely load and unload heavy materials
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to meet delivery deadlines
Forklift or heavy-equipment experience is a plus
Must successfully complete a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check
