Join our dynamic team at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse as a Dish Washer! In this vital role, you'll help maintain our high standards of cleanliness and efficiency, ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly while contributing to a fantastic dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen surfaces.
• Assist kitchen staff with food prep and organization as needed.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Support the team by helping with other cleaning tasks during downtime.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive attitude and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
