Inventory and Stockroom Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory and Stockroom Specialist to join our team in Danbury, CT. • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring all stock levels are up-to-date.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality.
• Organize stockroom layout for optimal efficiency and accessibility.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Assist in the preparation of stock for distribution, ensuring timely delivery to various departments.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline inventory processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Utilize inventory management software to track stock levels and generate reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe stockroom environment in compliance with company policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
• Proven experience in inventory management and stockroom operations.
• Strong attention to detail and computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
