Are you organized, dependable, and looking for a stable first-shift opportunity? We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations by ensuring materials and finished products are received, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming shipments and verify materials against packing slips.
- Prepare outgoing orders for shipment, including packaging, labeling, and documentation.
- Load and unload trucks safely using material handling equipment when required.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Organize and stock materials in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and stage materials for production as needed.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Work closely with production and purchasing teams to ensure timely material flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and experience using inventory systems are a plus.
