Your mission

• Own day-to-day manufacturing performance—safety, quality, and production targets
• Lead, mentor, and upskill team members through training and performance conversations
• Monitor process health and enforce GMPs, safety protocols, and company policies
• Champion continuous improvement to raise productivity and cut waste
• Collaborate cross-functionally with QA, maintenance, and supply chain to remove blockers

You're a fit if you have

• A Bachelor’s degree (college graduates welcome)
• 2–5 years (max) supervising in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership presence, clear communication, and sharp problem-solving
• Ability to prioritize and execute amid fast-changing demands

Nice to have

• Food, beverage, or CPG manufacturing background
• Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or structured CI practices
• Hands-on experience with ERP and production reporting tools

Physical readiness

• Lift up to 25 pounds independently
• Comfort standing, walking, and working in a manufacturing setting for extended periods
• Availability for an 8-hour shift plus overtime when required
