Flexible work schedules (4days or 4.5days with half day on Friday), no nights/weekends.  Call shared (only phone consults).  Established outpatient clinic with existing patient panels.  Primary Care practice supports primarily adults with preventative and chronic care management.  Clinics offers on-site labs, state of the art imaging, and pharmacy.  Strong referral network from in network hospitalist. Solid medical support. Allscripts EMR.

Requirements:

• BE/BC
• Family Medicine OR Internal Medicine
• GA license or eligible

Compensation:

Annual estimated earnings to $350K+

• Guaranteed base salary (up to $290K)
• Qualify bonus and Productivity incentives
