Job Description
Patterns Behavioral Services, Inc. – Identifying Patterns, Changing Trajectories
Are you a BCBA looking for a role that values work-life balance, clinical excellence, and meaningful relationships? At Patterns Behavioral Services, we believe exceptional client outcomes start with supporting our clinicians.
As a family-owned organization, we take a person-centered approach to everything we do—from the care we provide to the way we support our team. Our BCBAs enjoy a manageable 25-hour weekly billable expectation, allowing time for high-quality supervision, collaboration, treatment planning, and professional growth.
Whether you're an experienced BCBA or looking for a place to grow your career, you'll join a collaborative team that's passionate about making a lasting difference in the lives of children and families.
What You'll DoAs a BCBA at Patterns, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment recommendations.
- Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
- Provide clinical oversight across center-based, home, and school settings as appropriate.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful progress.
- Analyze treatment data to make informed clinical decisions and ensure positive client outcomes.
- Complete documentation, treatment updates, and supervision activities as part of your clinical responsibilities.
- Maintain high standards of clinical quality while receiving ongoing support from an experienced leadership team.
- 25 billable hours per week—because quality care matters more than unrealistic productivity expectations.
- Family-owned organization with a supportive, clinician-focused culture.
- Collaborative leadership that values your expertise and input.
- Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.
- The ability to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
At Patterns Behavioral Services, we know our clinicians are our greatest asset. We foster an environment where collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence come together to help our clients—and our team members—thrive.
