ONCOLOGY OFFICE MANAGER 
The Oncology Office Manager provides clinical leadership and is responsible for Cancer Center day to day operations in Medical and Radiation Oncology, Clinical Research and supporting services. The Oncology Office Manager fulfills multiple roles such as daily oversight of all clinical activities, patient advocacy, clinical expertise, regulatory compliance and coordination of resources (human, fiscal, physical plant, etc).. The OOM serves as a leader and role model for patient care associates within the organization and outside the organization and assists in managing all staffing concerns, collaborating effectively with labor unions and resolving performance management issues.
