Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)

One of our manufacturing clients is seeking an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical)to oversee maintenance operations at their facility in Ann Arbor, MI location.

Pay Rate:100k-120k

**Shift: **Days

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance team

• Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues

• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficient plant operations

• Manage maintenance work orders, PM schedules, and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems

• Support installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment and machinery

• Monitor maintenance KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required (technical degree preferred)

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems

• Experience with PLC troubleshooting and automated equipment

• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience
