Steel Painter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Steel Painter to join our dynamic team in Holly Springs, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for applying protective and decorative coatings to steel surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet industry standards. • Prepare steel surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer as needed.
• Mix and apply paint, varnish, and other coatings using various techniques, including spray, brush, and roller.
• Inspect finished surfaces for quality and consistency, making adjustments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in steel painting.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in painting or coatings is a plus.
• Proven experience as a steel painter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
