What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our vintage market. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the store manager in overseeing daily operations.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Supervising and motivating team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Helping to maintain the visual appeal of the store by ensuring store is organized and inviting.

- At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
