What You’ll Do

As a Reservation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in helping us keep Chicago’s pets Safe, Happy & Healthy. Your day-to-day will include:
- Answering inbound calls with energy and professionalism
- Converting inquiries into booked services
- Following proven sales systems and scripts
- Upselling enrichment, grooming, bathing, training, and retail services
- Following up on leads and re-engaging past clients
- Maintaining detailed and accurate client records
- Helping us achieve booking and add-on goals

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who’s outgoing, confident, and ready to hit the ground running. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- A natural extrovert who loves talking to people
- Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections
- Sales-minded and goal-driven
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Coachable and eager to grow
- Available to work some weekends and peak holiday periods
- Preferred: 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
