Crisis Services Nurse Practitioner (4360)

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides evaluation and treatment, including pharmacotherapy, for psychiatric disorders; conducts basic medical assessments related to psychiatric admissions that include orders for laboratory and diagnostic testing as indicated to support safe and appropriate care; operates within their scope of practice; and maintains timely and accurate documentation in the medical record.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements
M1: Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
M2: Licensed within six months of start date in the State of Virginia to practice medicine

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE
$105,391 - $183,608
$8,500 Sign On Bonus
