We are looking for the right RNs to care for multiple patients in their homes!


Danvers, MA: Male with vent and g-tube. Hours needed 10a-8p (flexible times) daily.


Reading, MA: Male with trach and vent. Hours needed Monday 4p-9p, Tue-Fri 3p-9p, Sat/Sun 7a-3p & 3p-9p.


Groveland, MA: Male with trach and vent, port, and G-J tube. Hours needed Mon, Fri, Sat, Sun 7a-7:30p.

What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities):

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs in the comfort of their homes.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary clinical team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, medication management, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic documentation in compliance with state and federal regulatory guidelines.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

• License: Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts.
• Experience: Previous experience in home health, hospice, or an acute care setting is highly advantageous (New grads with a passion for home health are welcome to apply!).
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on empathy and clinical excellence.
• Vehicle: Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for travel to patient homes.
