What You'll Be Doing

As our Baker / Pastry Chef, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, contributing to the creation of our renowned desserts and baked goods. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and desserts to meet our high-quality standards.
• Collaborating with the culinary team to develop innovative and seasonal menu items.
• Ensuring all baked goods are presented beautifully and consistently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Managing inventory and ensuring ingredients are stocked and fresh.

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in baking or pastry preparation.
• A strong passion for the art of baking and pastry-making.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• A team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
