ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2016 and currently lead a team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a teacher and later in college recruiting. Those experiences strengthened my passion for helping others and building meaningful relationships. I'm also a third-generation State Farm agent and a graduate of Eastern Michigan University.

Serving the community is one of my greatest passions. I'm a Community Cabinet Ambassador, support the Community Cabinet Food Pantry, serve on the Child Advocacy Board, and am involved with both the Alma Action Committee and the Downtown Development Committee. I love giving back to the community that has supported my agency.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Katie Tobias - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
