About the Role:
OCM is looking for a driven and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team in Monroe, LA. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team success on the floor every day.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to ensure schedules, quotas, and quality standards are met
• Supervise, coach, and develop production floor employees to maximize performance and engagement
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes to maintain optimal efficiency
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure a clean, compliant work environment
• Coordinate with quality control teams to identify and resolve production issues
• Track and report key production metrics, downtime, and output to management
• Collaborate with maintenance, logistics, and other departments to minimize disruptions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
• Knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, or continuous improvement principles
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, reports, and technical documents
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and production tracking systems
• High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
