What You'll Do

As a Paraprofessional/Residential Counselor, you will play a key role in creating a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day support and supervision to residents.
• Assisting with daily routines, activities, and life skills development.
• Offering emotional support and encouragement while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Monitoring and ensuring the safety and well-being of all residents.
• Collaborating with team members to implement individualized care plans.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.
