What You'll Do

As a server/bartender at Gersi RVA, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing warm, attentive, and efficient service to ensure a delightful dining experience.
- Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of Italian food and wine to guide guests through our menu and make thoughtful recommendations.
- Preparing and serving beverages with precision and flair.
- Managing multiple tables or guests at the bar with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and passion to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (server or bartender).
- A strong understanding of Italian cuisine and wine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a genuine love for hospitality.
