Job Description
Bodyman
Lafayette, LA | $17.50/hr Starting Pay | Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Bodyman with sheet metal and fiberglass experience to perform body repair, fabrication, and surface preparation work. Will be working on classic cars.
Duties & Responsibilities
Apply body filler
Perform block sanding
Complete panel fitment and alignment
Perform welding and metal fabrication
Prepare surfaces for paint
Use proper automotive repair materials and procedures
Complete quality bodywork repairs with strong attention to detail
Requirements
Experience working with sheet metal and fiberglass
Welding and metal fabrication experience
Knowledge of body repair techniques, materials, and procedures
Must have own tools
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Schedule
- Monday – Friday;8:00 AM – 5:00 PM,1-hour lunch break
Pay
- Starting at $17.50/hr
