Resident Care Aides (Full-Time & Part-Time)needed for Memory Care Community

Do you have a heart for helping others? Were looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as Resident Care Aides. Both full-time and part-time shifts are available. 12 hour shifts.

Job Duties

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Support mobilityhelp with walking, transferring, and use of mobility aids.
• Help serve meals, and assist residents if needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents health or mood.
• Encourage participation in social and recreational activities.
• Keep resident areas clean and tidy.
• Document care and work closely with nurses and other staff.
• Maintain resident privacy and independence at all times.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control procedures.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Resident Care Aide or Personal Support Worker certificate preferred.
• Relevant experience helpful but not requiredtraining provided.
• First Aid & CPR certified or willing to get certified.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Physically able to assist with lifting and mobility.
• Empathetic, patient, and caring attitude.
• Must pass a background check.
