QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed in South Carolina.
• 3+ years of commercial litigation experience. 
• General litigation case management experience.
• Experiential knowledge with legal research and writing, drafting motions, handling discovery, depositions, and arguing motions.
• Trial experience. 
• Experience in construction law.
• Excellent academics.
