Position Overview

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and skilled PRN Personal Care Assistants to join our team. This as-needed position is ideal for caregivers looking for flexible work opportunities while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. PRN caregivers accept shifts based on their availability and agency needs.

The successful candidate will assist clients with daily living activities and help ensure they remain comfortable and safe in their homes. This role requires a genuine passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation while ensuring client safety.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed.
• Observe and report changes in the client's health, behavior, or condition to the appropriate supervisor.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
• Ability to work a flexible, as-needed schedule, including evenings, weekends, or holidays when available.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Negative TB Skin Test clearance.
