Repacker-1st Shift

• Repack food products into new cartons for retail distribution
• Transfer products from damaged packaging into new containers
• Inspect products for quality, damage, and expiration dates
• Label, sort, wrap, and palletize finished products
• Pick and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Participate in inventory counts as needed
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Report safety concerns to supervisors
• Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

• Previous warehouse, production, packaging, or general labor experience is helpful but not required
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to read numbers, labels, and work instructions
• Basic math skills
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks
• Ability to safely lift and move products as required
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
