Elections Signature Representative

Marathon Staffing is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with temporary election support. If you are looking for seasonal work and can maintain a flexible schedule during the election cycle, this may be a great opportunity!

Positions: Signature Processors, Signature Examiners, Floaters
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

• Review and inspect voter signatures for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and distribute signature cure notices.
• Perform detailed ballot-processing tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Follow all election procedures and maintain strict nonpartisan conduct.
• Meet deadlines and make sound, informed decisions when necessary.

• Valid Nevada ID or Driver’s License.
• Must be a registered Clark County voter.
• Willingness to disclose political affiliation.
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
• Strong attention to detail and computer proficiency.
• High visual acuity, either naturally or with corrective lenses, to perform detailed signature and ballot-processing tasks.
• Reliable and able to follow scheduling requirements throughout the assignment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a temporary/seasonal position.

Due to fluctuating election-related workloads, candidates must have a high level of scheduling flexibility and be available throughout the election cycle.

• Training: 1 day week of :September 14–17, 2026 (TBD)
• Date of Work: October 12–November 19, 2026
• Must be available to work with limited days off during the election cycle.
• Mandatory overtime may be required with little to no advance notice.
• No minimum number of hours is guaranteed per week.
• Shifts may range from 3 hours to 15+ hours per day.
• Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be available to work weekends and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Extended hours may be required on specific event days, especially Election Day.
• Shifts may be shortened or canceled if workload decreases or staffing is no longer needed.

The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under deadlines. You should be able to adapt quickly to changing schedules and workloads while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
