Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment, in accordance with established clinical standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and company policies
• Screen patients presenting with signs or symptoms of illness and collaborate with the clinical team for appropriate treatment, care planning, and disposition
• Assist care managers and providers with follow-up management for post-hospitalized and post-emergency room patients
• Deliver condition-specific patient education, anticipatory guidance, and care coordination under provider and/or RN supervision
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within medical records ensuring full compliance with all guidelines
• Provide health teaching, comfort measures, and emotional support to patients
• Comprehensively screen patients for care opportunities and collaborate with treating physicians to identify referrals to care management
• Execute provider orders based on knowledge of cause and effect after verifying accuracy
• Perform selected IV therapy and administer prescribed treatments per provider order
• Document all interventions, responses, and outcomes
• Initiate standard emergency procedures until an RN, provider, or EMS is available
• Apply principles of asepsis and infection control
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, Code of Conduct, and the Florida Patient's Bill of Rights
• Must maintain consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance
• Ability to travel as necessary based on business needs

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Florida RN License
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Med-Surg, ER, ICU, or acute care settings
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers (AHA) or CPR/AED
