Position Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, polished, and reliable Host to join our front‐of‐house team. This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in a fast‐paced environment, and enjoys setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism
• Manage the waitlist and seating flow to support smooth operations
• Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and leadership
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entry area
• Assist with guest questions, merchandise, and general wayfinding
• Support special events, tours, and high‐volume service days
• Represent BHAWK’s culture of hospitality, integrity, and teamwork

What We’re Looking For

• A naturally friendly, outgoing personality
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professionalism, punctuality, and reliability
• Ability to stay calm and positive during busy periods
• Weekend availability (required)
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person
