Controller

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Controller to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and revenue cycle management for a growing healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting operations, GL, AR, and internal controls
• Lead month-end close and financial reporting
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and financial models
• Oversee Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and medical accounts receivable
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate external audits and tax engagements
• Provide financial and operational analysis to senior leadership
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and overall financial performance

Requirements

• Progressive accounting experience
• CPA and/or MBA preferred/required
• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) experience required
• Supervisory/management experience
• Strong financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP knowledge
• Experience managing accounting teams and medical AR
• MIS/systems knowledge is a plus
