Job Description
We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support warehouse and distribution operations in Minooka, IL.
The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, material handling, or automotive parts experience. Experience with SAP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Sort, stage, and put away products.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
- Operate a pallet rider and/or powered warehouse equipment.
- Use SAP/WMS for warehouse and inventory transactions.
- Perform inventory and material handling activities.
- Support shipping, receiving, and distribution operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience preferred.
- SAP/WMS experience strongly preferred.
- Automotive, OEM, or automotive parts distribution experience is a plus.
- Picking, packing, inventory, shipping/receiving experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a pallet rider or powered pallet jack is a plus.
- Must be able to work Monday–Friday.
- Must be flexible to work overtime based on business needs.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, twist, reach, push, and pull.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and high-noise environments.
