Seasonal Greenhouse Production
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with a leading greenhouse operation in Hampshire, IL, is seeking Seasonal Greenhouse Production Associates to join their team for a holiday production project! This is a great opportunity for individuals seeking seasonal work in a team-oriented environment with no previous experience required.
Position Details
The Seasonal Greenhouse Production Associate will assist in assembling holiday decorative planters and seasonal arrangements. Team members will work on a production line, adding greenery, branches, decorative materials, and other components to flower pots and holiday displays as they move through the assembly process. By the end of the production line, a completed holiday planter or seasonal decoration is ready for shipment.
No experience required. Training will be provided!

- Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
- Location: Hampshire, IL
- Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime: Possible based on production needs
- Assignment Dates: October 12, 2026 through November 20, 2026
- Status: Seasonal
- 10-minute facility tour required prior to start
The Seasonal Greenhouse Production Associate will assist in assembling holiday decorative planters and seasonal arrangements. Team members will work on a production line, adding greenery, branches, decorative materials, and other components to flower pots and holiday displays as they move through the assembly process. By the end of the production line, a completed holiday planter or seasonal decoration is ready for shipment.
No experience required. Training will be provided!
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble holiday planters and seasonal decorative arrangements.
- Add greenery, branches, and decorative materials to flower pots according to production standards.
- Work as part of an assembly line team to complete finished products.
- Inspect products to ensure quality and appearance standards are met.
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Meet daily production goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- No previous experience required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 25-30 lbs.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work overtime when needed.
