Lead Superintendent

Local GC seeks seasoned Lead Superintendent needed for new 168 unit multifamily development of 5 years’ experience required in building similar projects a must - others need not apply.

Compensation package to correlate with experience.

Qualifications:

•  Extensive knowledge of commercial building methods and codes
•  Ability to read drawings and specifications
•  Attention to detail and independent problem-solving abilities
•  Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
•  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for dealing with subcontractors, architects and project managers
•  Tactful and mature demeanor with well developed interpersonal skills including the ability to work well with diverse personalities.
•  Utilization of a laptop and email is essential to performing the duties of this position. Experience with Microsoft Office required.
•  Familiarity with Procore
•  OSHA certification
