The Manufacturing Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing day-to-day production operations while leading continuous improvement initiatives within a medium to large team. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this position ensures high standards of quality, safety, and productivity are consistently met in the manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production operations to meet quality and output targets
• Lead and supervise a team of 6 to 16+ manufacturing staff
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with safety regulations
• Implement continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
• Manage inventory and schedules to optimize workflow
• Conduct training sessions to develop team skills and ensure adherence to procedures
• Prepare and submit operational reports to Plant Manager
• Coordinate equipment maintenance to minimize downtime

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing supervision
• Associate degree in Manufacturing or related field
• Knowledge of production management and quality control
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and safety compliance practices
• Strong team leadership and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and time management abilities
