Restaurant Managers

We are recruiting for a General Manager - Restaurant, evenings to join a restaurant that is a top performer in the franchise.

Duties

• Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Assist with inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food production to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
• Maintain compliance with food safety standards and regulations through rigorous food handling practices and regular staff training on hygiene protocols.
• Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing levels, and oversee customer service to ensure prompt and friendly guest interactions.
• Lead efforts in team management by interviewing candidates, managing conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in food service management, hospitality standards, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with a strong background in food industry operations.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience with team management, staff training, and interviewing skills.
• Strong understanding of food safety management practices and compliance with health regulations.
• Experience with inventory control, budgeting, profit & loss analysis, and food production processes.
• Excellent managerial communication skills combined with leadership qualities that motivate teams toward excellence.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational excellence.
