Job Description
NOW HIRING: Certified Forklift Drivers / Construction Laborers
Location: Baytown, TX
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Project: Long-term, large-scale construction project
We are hiring 15–20 dependable workers for an immediate project in Baytown. This position combines forklift operation with general construction labor, so candidates must be willing to work both on and off the forklift.
Job Duties
- Operate forklifts safely around an active construction site
- Load, unload, stage, and move construction materials
- Assist with material handling and site organization
- Perform general construction labor and site cleanup
- Follow all project safety procedures
- Complete additional duties as assigned by site supervision
Requirements
- Current forklift certification required
- Previous forklift, warehouse, industrial, or construction experience
- Able to perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors and around an active construction site
- Reliable transportation to Baytown
- Dependable attendance and ability to start quickly
- Must be willing to work as a laborer when not operating equipment
