Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests/work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Perform general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repairs
• Maintain property standards and address maintenance issues promptly
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents

Qualifications:

• HVAC certification required
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Must have own tools
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
