Inside Salesperson / Thermocouple Mfg

Location: On-site (Delta, BC)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking an active, dual-role Inside Salesperson / Thermocouple Mfg to join our team. This position splits your time between office-based technical sales and hands-on sensor manufacturing. You will manage customer accounts, size heat exchangers, and physically assemble custom temperature sensors.

Core Responsibilities

• Inside Sales: Answer customer inquiries, generate accurate quotes, and process incoming industrial equipment orders.
• Manufacturing: Design, build, and assemble custom RTD and thermocouple temperature sensors on the production floor.
• Technical Sizing: Evaluate process requirements to size and select appropriate industrial heat exchangers.
• Shipping & Receiving: Pack outbound orders, verify incoming freight, and manage physical inventory.

Requirements & Assets

• Language: Fluent English language skills are mandatory for this role.
• Experience: Background in technical sales, instrumentation, or industrial customer support.
• Aptitude Asset: Strong basic mathematics skills and practical mechanical aptitude.
• Manufacturing Asset: Prior hands-on experience in light manufacturing or sensor assembly.
