Job Description

Quick2Hire is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation for a 13-week contract opportunity in Napa, CA!

Assignment Details

• Location: Napa, CA
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: Full-Time
• Shift: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Pay: Up to $60/hour ($2,400/week)
• Start Date: August

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation experience (Hard Stop)
• Experience working in an Acute Rehab Facility required
• Strong knowledge of rehabilitation nursing, patient care plans, and recovery goals
• BLS certification required
• Excellent communication, assessment, and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation setting
• Perform patient assessments and monitor progress throughout the rehabilitation process
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
• Manage wound care, pain management, and patient safety needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans, recovery, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems
• Follow facility policies, safety standards, and infection prevention guidelines
