Qualifications

 Current Arizona CNA License
 Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)
 Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
 Compassionate, dependable, and professional

Negative TB Test and Health Clearance

Ability to travel throughout Mohave County

Professional, dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
