Are you passionate about working with children and looking for more than just a job?

We are looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic teachers to join our Primrose team! We have opportunities available in multiple age groups, including:

  • Infants
  • Toddlers

What You’ll Do

As a Primrose Teacher, you will:

  • Create a warm, nurturing, and positive classroom environment.
  • Provide attentive supervision and ensure the health and safety of every child.
  • Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and daily classroom schedule.
  • Engage children in meaningful, age-appropriate learning experiences.
  • Build positive relationships with children and families.
  • Communicate professionally with parents and members of the Leadership Team.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
  • Work collaboratively with your teaching team and school leadership.
  • Follow all Primrose, school, and Ohio child care licensing policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For

We are looking for teachers who:

  • Genuinely enjoy working with young children.
  • Are dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
  • Understand the importance of consistency and routine in an early childhood classroom.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and coworkers.
  • Are willing to learn, grow, and receive coaching.
  • Can maintain active supervision and appropriate classroom ratios.
  • Have previous child care or early childhood education experience — preferred, but not required for all positions.
  • Meet all Ohio child care licensing requirements for employment.
