We are looking for caring, dependable, and enthusiastic teachers to join our Primrose team! We have opportunities available in multiple age groups, including:
- Infants
- Toddlers
- Early Preschool
- Preschool
- Pre-Kindergarten

What You’ll DoAs a Primrose Teacher, you will:
- Create a warm, nurturing, and positive classroom environment.
- Provide attentive supervision and ensure the health and safety of every child.
- Implement the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum and daily classroom schedule.
- Engage children in meaningful, age-appropriate learning experiences.
- Build positive relationships with children and families.
- Communicate professionally with parents and members of the Leadership Team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom.
- Work collaboratively with your teaching team and school leadership.
- Follow all Primrose, school, and Ohio child care licensing policies and procedures.
We are looking for teachers who:
- Genuinely enjoy working with young children.
- Are dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
- Understand the importance of consistency and routine in an early childhood classroom.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and coworkers.
- Are willing to learn, grow, and receive coaching.
- Can maintain active supervision and appropriate classroom ratios.
- Have previous child care or early childhood education experience — preferred, but not required for all positions.
- Meet all Ohio child care licensing requirements for employment.
