Job Description / Desired Qualifications:
- 10+ Years' Experience
- A solutions architect selects the best technology solution from among those available to solve existing business problems.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 40% Architecture Leadership
- 40% Hands-On Engineering & Solution Development
- 10% Delivery Planning & Work Allocation
- 10% Operational Support, Escalations & Continuous Improvement Proven experience leading enterprise AI, machine learning, automation, or agentic AI initiatives from design through production deployment.
- Strong expertise in AI architecture patterns, LLMs, agent frameworks, RAG architectures, vector databases, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration strategies.
- Hands-on software engineering background with demonstrated experience designing and building production-grade solutions.
- Experience leading technical teams, conducting architecture reviews, and governing engineering delivery.
- Strong understanding of security, responsible AI, compliance, scalability, observability, and operational support models.
- Ability to balance strategic architecture leadership with hands-on engineering execution in a fast-paced delivery environment.
