Entry Level Quality Inspector $24/hour (1st shift)

Responsibilities:

·      Using Keyence Vision measurement system

• Review and sign engineering drawings and routers in manufacturing, planning and quality planning before issue to make sure customer specifications are correct
• First article inspection
• Complete paperwork
• Review non-conformance reports and coordinate corrective/preventive actions
• Standard quality control measuring devices: verniers, micrometers, height gages

Qualifications:

·      Previous quality inspection experience

·      Experience with Keyence Vision measurement system – programming would be a plus

• Must have blueprint reading skills
• Ability to read and interpret machining and fabrication drawings, work instructions and engineering specifications
• Understanding of manufacturing specifications
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals

Hours are:

Monday through Friday -7am – 3:30pm

The pay is up to $24.00 an hour based on experience
