Personal Care Aide - Full-Time and Part-Time Positions

Blanche Gilder Community Services is looking for a Med Tech to join our team. We are located in Raleigh, but we are looking for someone to fill a position at our Henderson, NC location.

We are currently looking for candidates interested in both full-time and part-time opportunities. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, reliable, and compassionate, with a strong commitment to providing quality care and support to our residents.

Schedule

Part-Time Position

• Saturday and Sunday
• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Weekend availability required

Full-Time Position

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Full-time availability required

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to patients.
• Ensure patients receive their proper medication in a timely manner.
• Communicate with medical professionals and setup appointments.
• Prepare and administer meals.
• Perform light cleaning duties.
• Drive company vehicle to and from appointments.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a personal care aide or similar field
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain empathetic to patient needs
• High attention to detail
• Certifications that may apply

Hiring Process

As part of our hiring process, selected applicants will be required to:

• Provide three (3) references
• Successfully complete a background check
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
