1st Shift Millwright Fabricator

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Welder Fabricator in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $25-$40 per hour, depending on experience. This is a 1st shift position.

Responsibilities:

Fabricate fixtures to improve manufacturing equipment including compressed air systems, vacuum systems, grinders, and conveyors

Install and repair various equipment and components

Weld steel, iron, and aluminum

Use hand tools and power tools to cut and grind materials

Follow blueprints to meet product specifications

Calculate material measurements to verify specifications

Conduct tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of welding experience in a manufacturing environment

Must have experience with hydraulic, air, and water systems

Welding Degree or Certification is preferred

Experience reading mechanical drawings and schematics

Experienced in reading electrical schematics for electrical wiring and components

Experience using mills, lathes, drill presses, and grinders

Ability to handle physical workload
