Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the role:

This role blends relationship management, program strategy, and performance marketing. You'll manage the full lifecycle of our affiliate programs: recruiting the right partners, equipping them to succeed, tracking performance, and continuously optimizing commission structures and campaigns to grow revenue.

This is a great fit for someone who enjoys building relationships as much as analyzing dashboards, and who's comfortable operating across very different partner types. Responsibilities also include Program Management, Partner Recruitment & Relationship Management, Enablement & Content, Performance & Optimization, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in affiliate, partner, or influencer marketing (DTC, beauty, wellness, or medical device experience a plus)
• Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Refersion, ShareASale, Impact, Awin, PartnerStack, or similar)
• Strong relationship-management skills — comfortable communicating with both medical professionals and social media creators
• Data-driven mindset; comfortable pulling and interpreting performance reports to guide decisions
• Experience managing compliance-sensitive marketing content (FDA, FTC disclosure requirements, or similar regulated industries) is a strong plus
• Excellent written communication for partner-facing materials and outreach
• Self-starter who can manage multiple partner segments and priorities simultaneously
