Experienced Caregiver

Caregiver – Residential Care Home (6-Bed RCFE)

We're looking for a kind, dependable, and compassionate caregiver to join our small, family-like care home team. If you enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful difference every day, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Help keep the home clean, organized, and safe.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents' health or behavior.
• Follow individualized care plans and work closely with the care team.
• Support medication assistance (training available for Med Tech certification).

What We're Looking For

• Caring, patient, and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Willing to help with cooking, cleaning, and daily household tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
• No caregiving experience? No problem! We provide hands-on training, including the opportunity to gain valuable memory care experience.
