VSSI Staffing – Haltom City is hiring General Production / Heavy Lifters for a transmission rebuilding manufacturer/warehouse in North Fort Worth (76106).

Position Details: This is a physically demanding position and is best suited for candidates comfortable with repetitive heavy lifting throughout the shift.

• Testing transmission parts
• Pulling orders
• Valve body work
• Final inspection
• Warranty work
• Maintenance and cleaning
• Tear downs
• Shipping and receiving
• Other warehouse-related tasks
• Heavy lifting (50+ lbs. repeatedly)

Location
North Fort Worth, off 820 and Mark IV

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 1-hour lunch and two 10-minute breaks
• Must be able to work overtime during the week and Saturdays as needed

Pay Rate

• $16.50 per hour (Raise given once permanent)
• Minimum 90-day trial/probationary period
• Pay increase once permanent
• Benefits once perm

Attendance Bonus

• $300 Attendance Bonus
• $100 after 30 days
• $100 after 60 days
• $100 after 90 days

Requirements

• Stand 8+ hours per day
• Lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
• Work with tools
• Follow instructions and be reliable
• Broken English acceptable
• Work in a non-climate-controlled environment
• Must pass a drug test
• Steel-toe boots required to start the assignment
• MUST be able to pass a 7-year background check (reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
