Water Mitigation Tech

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Mitigation Technician to support water, fire, mold, and contents restoration projects for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in the field and warehouse, following established processes, and assisting with site assessments, mitigation tasks, and detailed documentation. This role requires strong attention to safety, the ability to follow instructions, and the capability to work efficiently as part of a restoration team.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to obtain Forklift Operator’s certification.
6 mths – 1 year experience in mechanical assembly preferred.
Farming Background preferred.
Required Qualifications
Ability to listen, understand and follow verbal instructions.
Ability to use all air and power tools (ex: drills, air ratchet, etc.)
Good Interpersonal and Communication skills are required in working with personnel at all levels
within the organization.
Must follow, practice, and adhere to all company procedures, polices, and safety measures.
