Purpose of the Position
Responsible for assisting independent contract drivers  through the contracting process and maintaining driver levels to meet regional needs.

Primary Responsibilities
Engage  with and vet independent contract drivers, insure contract paperwork is in order,  maintain a qualified driver pool and serve as liaison between drivers and coordinators. Provide driver count reports to management.

Secondary Responsibilities
Prepare contract status reports, call potential candidates, and direct contractors to the appropriate contracting portal.

Impact
Sets the initial tone ensuring contractors align with company culture and represent the brand professionally.

Required Skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, independent, strong communication skills, multitasking, time management, organizational ability, basic computer proficiency.

Preferred Skills
