Job Description
Andreoli Software is seeking a team-oriented customer service professional to join our Customer Support and Success team as an Application Specialist.
In this role, you will assist customers by phone and email with questions related to HITS, our point-of-sale software for tire and automotive service businesses. You will also participate in biweekly team meetings, sharing customer feedback and contributing ideas that help improve our products and customer experience.
This is a primarily in-office position in Charlotte, Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the option to work from home on Fridays.
