Employment Type: Full-Time (Part-Time may be considered)
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will provide high-quality ABA services, supervise clinical programming, conduct assessments, train and supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and help ensure excellent clinical outcomes. Because we are a growing practice, candidates with front office or administrative experience are highly encouraged to apply. This additional experience will be valuable in supporting clinic operations, scheduling, patient flow, and creating an outstanding family experience.
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive ABA assessments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Provide caregiver training and ongoing parent education.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, schools, and other providers.
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
- Assist with quality improvement initiatives.
- Support front office operations as needed, including scheduling, patient communication, and workflow coordination.
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Georgia LBA (or eligible to obtain licensure).
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience supervising RBTs.
- Strong clinical documentation skills.
- Front office, medical office, or customer service experience is a plus.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Autism diagnostic evaluation experience (preferred but not required).
- Insurance authorization and treatment plan experience.
- Leadership or clinic management experience.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Passion for helping build a growing ABA practice.
Bonus: Candidates with front office or patient service experience will receive special consideration, as we value clinicians who can provide both exceptional clinical care and an outstanding experience for the families we serve. Clinics increasingly value strong customer service and administrative skills in addition to clinical expertise, especially in growing practices.
